I readily admit that I am not a multi-tasker. My poor little sewing machine is rather lonely at the moment while I have been focusing on getting ready for Christmas. So instead of posting about sewing works in progress, here is what I have been working on...
Traditional red, green and white decorations.
This year, I went a little non-traditional, too. I have been using and loving a lot of aqua and pink in my sewing and they made their way into the Christmas decor as well.
I went totally funky with this little tree I put in the family room.
And then there are the good old favorites...
Do you recognize the table runner? It ended up here on the buffet!!
Thanks for letting me share a bit of Christmas at my house with you.
I hope to get back to sewing soon!
I hope to get back to sewing soon!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!!

ReplyDeleteVery pretty :)
ReplyDeleteYour decorating is quite lovely, and the Singer ornament is so cute!
ReplyDeleteYour photos are always so beautiful! What gorgeous Christmas ornaments (and of course the little sewing machine appeals to me!!)
ReplyDeleteYour house looks beautiful! I always wish ours looked like that! Your photos are stunning, thank you so much for sharing them, you're a true inspiration. I always wanted to be someone like you when I grow up :))
ReplyDeleteOh, how I LOVE your non-traditional decorations! All my favorite colors...I may need to ditch what I have and go funky!
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are great! Love the Santa & love the pretty colours of aqua & pink. What's not to love!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful! Funny, I wanted more aqua and pink to match what I've been working with this year, but it really hasn't happened. 2012 was the year that I painted three different rooms some shade or other of aqua! Merry Christmas to you, and I still plan to make that table runner...
